We have full in-house tooling and design capability and specialize in small to medium size tight tolerance parts. We can handle molding runs ranging from 10 parts to 10,000,000 parts.

    FABRIC over FOAM GASKETS

    • Fabric over Foam EMI gaskets exhibit very low surface resistivity (<0.1§Ù).
    • Conductive adhesive tape can be supplied on all gaskets.
    • These gaskets are more flexible than conventional products so they fit uneven surfaces smoothly and securely while providing a low compressive force.
    • Available in high flame retardant configurations.

    STAMPED FINGER GASKETS

    • Made from various EMI metals, Stamped Finger Gaskets exhibit excellent durability and conductivity.
    • Mildew and corrosion resistant.
    • Can be used in any climate or environment. Not affected by nuclear radiation,
      ultraviolet rays or ozone.

    CONDUCTIVE FOAM CUSHION

    • Conductive EMI cushions are constructed from a wide combination of conductive foam, conductive fabric and a conductive pressure sensitive adhesive tape.
    • The foam is plated with Copper/Nickel or Silver and it is very flexible while providing good shielding effectiveness.
    • Conductive pressure sensitive adhesive eases installation on an infinite number of substrates.

    CONDUCTIVE TAPE

    THERMAL TRANSFER MATERIALS

    • Thermal management materials combine high thermal conductivity and superior flame retardancy with specific organic properties of heat resistance and electrical insulation.
    • Meet UL 94V-0 and 94-V1 flame class.

    RF ABSORBER

    • Wide band (30MHz~10GHz) lightweight, thin and flexible RF wave absorber.
    • High absorption loss (dB) allows use in many EMI/EMC applications including mobile phones, LCD's cables, and military electronics.
    • Conductive and non-conductive adhesive can be added to either one side or both sides.
    • Can be die cut and kiss cut to limitless configurations.

    CONDUCTIVE ELASTOMERS

    • Conductive EMI elastomers are EMI shielding materials which retain excellent properties of silicone rubber.
    • High heat resistance, weather resistance, ozone resistance, water-tightness and superior low-temperature characteristics.
    • Silver filled.
    • Silicone free.

    Choose from thousands of LEDs available in many different sizes, colors and brightness levels. If you do not find the LED best suited for your application, one of our Product Specialists can design specifically shaped molds for any size of epoxy needed. Lumex can also provide complete application-specific PCB assemblies for thru-hole or Surface Mount LEDs.

    Light Pipes
